Risk Reduction Support
Never Use Alone is the US National Overdose Response line for people who are using by themselves with no one to call for help. A volunteer operator will take your location information and alert EMS if you stop responding after using. You'll be asked for your exact location and the number you're calling from. After the operator confirms your address, you're free to use your substance. Let the operator know when you're done - they'll stay on the line to make sure you're ok. If you stop responding for more than 30 seconds, EMS is alerted to an "Unresponsive Person" at your location. Available 24/7, 365 days a year.
